Continuous Enrollment

Students are automatically re-enrolled each year, unless the family informs the school that the student is not returning.

This system streamlines the enrollment process for you by eliminating the need to reapply each year. Instead of a yearly re-enrollment process, continuous enrollment operates on an "opt-out" basis, where families only need to take action if the student will NOT be returning to CAB.

How Does CAB’s Continuous Enrollment work?

Each year, an email will be sent in December reminding families of Continuous Enrollment and the opt-out process.

If your student IS returning to campus for the following year: The only thing you need to do is complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application for the new school year, if you would like to be considered for financial assistance.

Your tuition payment plan will automatically roll over to the new school year.

If your student is NOT returning, please click into the link on the email you received to inform CAB and so that your space can be given to the next family on the waitlist.

If you are UNCERTAIN if your student is returning, please mark “uncertain” on the link in the email and let us know the reason.

How much is the re-registration fee?

The re-registration fee is $100 per student. The fee will be applied to your current FACTS account and broken into four payments of $25 in January, February, March and April. Payment of this fee reserves your student’s space in our classrooms for the next school year.

How will I know what the tuition is going to be for the following school year?

Tuition rates for the following school year are determined by the Catholic Academy of Bridgeport’s Board of Directors in January. Tuition rates will be communicated by email.

When can I apply for tuition assistance?

If you want to be considered for financial assistance, you must submit a new FACTS Grant & Aid application each year. The deadline for applications is March 31. There is an application fee of $30 charged by FACTS for processing and verifying your application.

When will I receive my financial assistance?

The Tuition Assistance Committee evaluates financial aid applications as soon as they are complete in FACTS. The earlier you apply, the earlier you will be notified via email of your tuition amount for the new school year. Tuition charges and financial assistance awards will be posted to your payment plan before your first payment is due. FACTS will charge a one-time $45 fee when your payment plan is finalized after June 1.

What do I need to do if I am enrolling a sibling of a current student?

If you are enrolling a new sibling, please complete a new student application for that child online using this link: https://forms.rediker.com/catholicacademy. You should also add this child to your new FACTS Grant and Aid application for the next school year.
